ITM NSW Pty Ltd is an independently owned wholesale supplier and distributor across a number of industries and sectors. We operate 4 inter-related business models under the banner of 'One Click' being Office Supplies, Packaging, Industrial and Safety related products. We pride ourselves that we can cover approximately 98% of any products that are either machine based or consumable based within any business. We manufacture and import our own range of products in some sectors and partner with quality suppliers in other sectors who are experts in their fields. We offer a conduit to market to those manufacturers and suppliers that use distributors as their links to customers.

One Click is primarily involved in the supply and manufacturing of industrial, safety, packaging and hygiene supplies. Supply Chain management is a key component of our service and due to this we are able to supply our products to businesses and individuals across all Australian states. We aim to bring you the best service and products at affordable prices.

With the onset of the current Pandemic One Click has responded to meet the demands of our supply base in a range of areas – including the development of a responsive supply mechanism for Hand Sanitiser, Face Masks and related Hygiene products.

Q. Do you have stock or is this for pre order?

A. We are usually well stocked however from time to time there may be items that are ‘sold out’ for brief periods. When an item is affected it will be marked as unavailable on the website.
 
Q. Is it safe to pay online with you?
A. Absolutely. we use eWAY Payment Gateway for all online credit card transactions. eWAY processes online credit card transactions for thousands of Australian merchants, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet.

Q. Where do you ship to?
A. We ship Australia wide. For more information on our shipping, please visit our shipping page.
 
Q. How are the shipping rates calculated?
A. Rates are calculated by weight. The heavier and larger the parcel the greater the cost. We do offer free shipping however for purchases over $250.
 
Q. Why does the shipping cost at times feel high?
A. Hand Sanitiser is largely made of Ethanol, a highly flammable ingredient which in the transport industry is considered ‘dangerous goods’. As a result, all freight carriers apply a ‘DG’s’ surcharge making it a more expensive item to ship than say a book for example which may weigh the same.
 
Q. How long does shipping take?
A. We aim to dispatch deliveries with 1 – 2 business days of receiving the order. We are currently receiving a very high volume of orders and as such can’t guarantee however that this is always achievable. Most freight carriers are also not running at their usual capacity too due to the restrictions and challenges presented by the COVID-19 epidemic. We ask for your patience and can assure you we have our team working at their capacity to get orders out as fast as possible.
 
Q. Do you provide tracking?
A. Yes, we use leading reputable freight carriers linked with a system which provides customers with email & SMS updates when an item is shipped and how it can be tracked in real time.
